Learn about Me Wuk culture and traditions on a two-fer outing. We start at the Shadow of the MiWok exhibit at the Pinecrest ranger station for a special interpretive program by anthropologist Shelly Davis-King. Then we’ll caravan to Bell Meadow to enjoy fall color and to look for acorn grinding stones. To RSVP and receive meet-up instructions, go to the “Contact Us” page at kaad-lp.org. The Tuolumne County Trailhead program airs on KAAD-LP 103.5 FM (Sonora’s community radio station) on second and fourth Sundays at 12:30pm; hikes are monthly on first Saturdays.
