IN THE LIBRARY, RM 1
- Your child MUST be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2022 to register for Kindergarten.
- If your child turns 5 on or between September 2, 2022 and February 2, 2023, they are eligible for Transitional Kindergarten.
- Legal Birth Certificate Required
- Evidence of Immunization (yellow immunization book) and Well Health Care Exam (CHDP).
- Evidence of Oral Health Exam
- Proof of Residency (Copy or PG&E bill or rent receipt)
Teachers, Nurse and other staff will be available

PICK UP REGISTRATION PACKET IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
(TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, ARENA REGISTRATION WILL TAKE PLACE IN AUGUST FOR ALL CHILDREN. YOU WILL RECEIVE INFORMATION IN THE MAIL)
