The Tuolumne Park and Recreation Department presents a Halloween Parade this Friday October 27th at Westside Memorial Park in Tuolumne City. The Line-up for the Trick or Treat Parade will start at 4:30. Children will be able to trick-or-treat at the Park. There will be food vendors, a bounce house and plenty of games.
