NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING ADOPTION OF THE APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT AND FINAL 2020-21 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
GROVELAND COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of the Groveland Community Services District (GCSD) will consider adoption of a final budget for the 2020/2021 fiscal year which starts July 1, 2020. The GCSD Board will hold a Public Hearing for any person to appear and be heard regarding any item in the budget or regarding the addition of other items to the proposed in the 2020-21 Final District budget. The Public Hearing will be conducted via teleconference using Zoom. (See authorization in the Governor’s Executive Order 29-20), as part of a Special Meeting of the Board at 10:00 AM on June 23, 2020, or as soon thereafter as practicable. Upon conclusion of the Hearing, the Board will consider adoption of a resolution approving the 2020/2021 Final budget, annual Appropriations Limit, Salary Schedule and other Budget related items.
Copies of the draft Appropriations Limit calculation will be available on June 9, 2020, and the proposed draft final budget and supporting data will be available for review by June 19, 2020 on the District website at www.gcsd.org or by calling (209) 962-7161.
