Two Large Developments Nearby Will Affect You
Two resorts, Terra Vi and Under Canvas, are proposed just up Highway 120. They will have an impact on Groveland for Fire, Ambulance, Sheriff, traffic and more. Draft Environmental Impact Reports have been filed with Tuolumne County. The documents are long and suggest there will be NO impacts.
Judge for yourself. Read them.

Proposed projects are located near Hardin Flat Road and Sawmill Mountain Area and will rely on Groveland area resources.
