Registration Packets are available on our website at www.cusd49.com or you can pick up a packet in the school office on 5/12/2020 between 8 AM to Noon.
Registration Packets will be available for drop off on 5/12/2020 and 5/19/2020 from 8:00 AM to Noon.
**Your child must turn 5 years of age on or before September 2, 2020. We also offer Transitional Kindergarten for those children that will be 5 years old between 9/2/2020 and 12/2/2020. When dropping off your packets, please provide proof of residency, immunization records, oral health assessment, and proof of birth.
