Chicken Ranch Casino in Jamestown is pleased to announce the Holiday Community Dinner for Friday, December 20, from 5–8 p.m. The annual event is hosted by the Chicken Ranch Rancheria of Mi-Wuk Indians and will be open to all who wish to join for an evening of great food and community as well as a visit from Santa.

Historically the Community Dinner has served upwards of 1,200 individuals seeking to share in the holiday celebration and warm meal at the Casino. This year the dinner will be held in the new Event Hall for the first time, which will be decked in holiday spirit. Reservations are not needed.

Preparations for the large-scale event have been underway for well over a month, including several early email exchanges with Santa to ensure his availability on the 20th. Looking forward to the evening, Tribal Chairman Lloyd Mathiesen hopes that everyone who wants to take advantage of the seasonal festival of family, food and friends has the chance to do so. “We think everyone should have the opportunity to share in a holiday meal served with smiles and care. Particularly for those who are, for whatever reason, unable to do so this holiday season.”
Chicken Ranch Casino is privately owned and operated by the Chicken Ranch Rancheria Me-Wuk Indians with over 275 employees from the Central Valley and Sierra Nevada’s Motherlode. The Casino currently offers 603 gaming machines, Table Games, smoke-free gaming, Bingo five nights a week, the Ranch House restaurant and The Roost café bistro.
