Learn basic radio communications skills with a focus on the General Mobile Radio Service, Family Radio Service and Ham Radio (GMRS/FRS/HAM). Hands on skills training will get you up and transmitting right away, with instructions on emergency communication when cellphones are down and power outages occur.
