32nd Annual InFocus Exhibition and Competition will begin with its Reception and the gallery will be open to viewers beginning at 5:00 pm. There will be light refreshments and beverages served. Awards will be presented at 6:00 pm.

The InFocus Photography Competition and Exhibition was first held in 1987 and has become one of the Tuolumne County Arts most successful events. The show draws both amateur and professional entries and over the years we’ve seen a steady increase in both the number of entries and the quality of the photographs accepted into the show.

InFocus offers both cash and merchandise as prizes for the winning photographs. A new category, the Excellence in Photography Award, was added a few years ago. It is named for the former resident, and nationally renowned photographer, Charles Moore. There are 6 categories of images on display in the gallery; Landscape, Color of Your Choice, Nature, Close-Up, Human Experience, Still Life/Found Object.

Thanks to the show’s generous sponsor’s contributions and the show’s entry fees, InFocus is a self-sustaining event.
