On July 30th from 4-8pm, The Tuolumne County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Farm-to-Fork dinner through their new Sierra Sourced initiative at the Eproson House in Twain Harte, featuring some of the best growers in Tuolumne County. It’s more than a dinner—it’s a celebration of the kind of food our community produces, the things our restaurants can do when they source locally, and a chance to reinvest in our future community with long term benefits like environmental stewardship, clean ethically produced food, creating new jobs and careers in these industries, and so much more.
Sweet Water Farm & Ranch Co., one of the first producers approved to carry the Sierra Sourced brand, will be among the featured farms—alongside familiar names like Dambacher Family Farms, Kennedy Meadows Beef, Covers Apple Ranch, Indigeny Reserve, and more.
This kind of event is exactly what Sierra Sourced is all about: celebrating local food, strengthening farm-to-table connections, and creating new markets for producers across the Sierra.
