Utah Lawmaker Wants Californians To Drink Less Water

Utah Congressman Jim Hansen wants California to drink less from the Colorado River. He has tacked an amendment onto a 600 million-dollar California water development bill. It would require the state to reduce its draw on the river by 15 percent by 2016.
