Firestarter Arraigned In Ukiah

The man charged with starting a brush fire that led to the deaths of two California air tanker pilots has been
arraigned in Ukiah on two counts of murder. Frank Brady of Redwood Valley also was charged this morning with manufacturing methamphetamine and illegally
starting a fire.
