Condit’s Lawyer Thinks He Should Retain Committee Post

Congressman Gary Condit´s lawyer says he´s worthy of staying on the House Intelligence Committee.
Abbe Lowell says Condit has served honorably on the panel and the publicity stemming from the case of missing intern Chandra Levy actually could help.
Condit´s fate on the panel was questioned after House Minority Leader Dick Gephardt criticized his interview with A-B-C´s Connie Chung.
