State Budget is Half Way Through the Legislature

The drama over the state budget is now in the hands of the Senate. The state Assembly passed the 101
billion dollar budget last night. The plan was approved after four Republicans bucked their party to side with the majority Democrats. The budget remains one
vote shy of passing in the Senate.
