San Pablo Man Gets Life In Prison For Murder

A San Pablo man choked back tears as a judge sentenced him to life in prison yesterday for murdering a
man during a carjacking. Thirty year old James Ary was spared execution after a Contra Costa County jury deadlocked on the penalty after convicting him of
murder in the first degree.
