Youths Charged In Modesto School Fire

Two boys have been cited in a $10,000 fire that burned a conference and storage room at Modesto´s Shackelford Elementary School. The boys were charged yesterday in the Sunday night blaze. The two allegedly tried to break into the school before setting the fire outside.
