Teacher Recruitment Needs To Be Stepped Up

A report says teacher recruitment efforts in California need to be stepped up to meet an ever-growing demand just as the state faces a budget crisis. The Center for the Future of Teaching and Learning reports about 14 percent of the state´s teachers aren´t credentialed.
