Lodi Dad Booked For Drugs Charges As Well

A suicidal Lodi man accused of taking off with his two-year-old daughter yesterday has also been booked for investigation of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Jason Scott Bell is being held at the Lodi jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
