Gas Prices Remain Steady

Gas prices remained steady over the past two weeks, with pump prices rising less than one cent, according to an industry analyst. The Lundberg survey says the average price for gas nationwide, including all grades and taxes, was about one dollar, 45 cents a gallon, which represents just a half-cent increase. Trilby Lundberg says that continues a six-month stabilizing trend. Lundberg says if the United States engages in military action with Iraq, the fluctuating gas prices of past years likely will return.
