Student Arrested For Possessing Bomb-Making Devices

A high school student has been arrested in North Highlands for investigation of possessing bomb-making devices. The 15-year-old boy is also accused of tossing three home-made explosives near the Highland High school campus on Thursday. One of the devices exploded. The school campus was locked down until a bomb squad detonated the other two devices. No injuries were reported. The boy was arrested at his grandmother´s home later Thursday. Authorities say they found bomb-making equipment at the home.
