Sonora Council Meets Tonight

Sonora City council members are being asked for some direction, as the administration deals with the high cost of police protection. The council will discuss the possibility of contracting with Tuolumne County, or finding more money for officer salaries. They´ll also hear comments on a 30-thousand dollar grant for police equipment and technology improvements. The meeting starts at 5:00 in City Hall.
