So Cal Amber Alert

An Amber alert has been issued in the abduction of a 9-year-old boy, who was taken from his Palm Desert home early this morning. Authorities say two men, one wearing a nylon over his face, invaded a home and kidnapped Nicholas Michael Farber after assaulting his father. Deputies say the boy, who was only wearing his underwear, was driven away in a white GMC Yukon. Investigators are looking for two men between ages 20 to 30, about five-foot-seven to five-foot-nine. Weapons were left at the scene. The father has been taken to a local hospital to be treated for injuries.
