State Budget? Not Yet

There´s still no budget, and there´s no real sign one will be passed Friday. The Assembly has left, but there´s a chance they could come back Sunday for another session. The Republicans continue to hold fast to their stance against new taxes and for more cuts. And Assembly Speaker Herb Wesson says the increase in cigarette taxes is going to remain no matter what.
