State Has First Stage Two Alert Wednesday

California was in a Stage Two power alert Wednesday afternoon. The California Independent System Operators says record triple-digit temperatures in the valley are draining reserves. Residents and businesses are being asked to conserve energy use from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. during the next several days.
