Truck Driver To Stand Trial For I-5 Hit And Run

A Canadian accused in a fatal 1997 hit-and-run accident will stand trial in Red Bluff next week. Tehama County prosecutors say Sukhinder Gill was driving a big rig on Interstate 5 near Corning when he caused another car to lose control. Charles Watson died in the accident.
