No Encore For Fong Eu

Assembly Majority Leader Kevin Shelley has pulled a major upset to win the Democratic nomination for secretary of state. Shelley spoiled March Fong Eu´s attempt to reclaim the office she left in 1994 to become ambassador to Micronesia.
