Assualt In Downtown Sonora Injures Youth

Authorities are investigating a possible assault on a youth that took place Thursday afternoon on North Washington Street near the Red Church. Police said the teenage victim had wounds to his head and was taken to Tuolumne General Hospital. No other details are known at this time.
