Sacramento Stand-Off Over

A long SWAT team stand-off with an armed, retired police officer in Sacramento has ended peacefully. Sacramento police went to Marvin Jackson´s mobile home early this morning after receiving a call about a possible overdose. Jackson came outside and pointed a shotgun at an officer. The officer shot Jackson, hitting him in the lower body. The man then retreated inside his home, where he was later arrested.
