Death Sentences In Torture-Murder Case

An Alameda County jury has sentenced two murderers to die for the torture and slaying of a Pleasanton woman. Michelle Michaud and James Daveggio were found guilty last month in the kidnap, rape, torture and murder of Vanessa Lei Samson in December of 1997.
