Caltrans Holds Information As Confidential

Two state lawmakers say Caltrans has denied their request to describe the effects of state budget cuts on highway projects. The agency says the governor´s department of finance has decided the information is confidential. The finance department says it´s working on a response to an inquiry by the lawmakers.
