School Backdrop For Davis Speech

Governor Davis will use a schools construction site in Elk Grove as a backdrop to talk about his job-creation plan today. Davis is planning to speed up the spending of state construction bonds like the ones being used to build Monterey Trails High School and Edward Harris Junior Middle School to try to trigger job growth.
