Workers’ Comp Bill Vote Friday

A conference committee of the of the California Legislature passed a reform bill early this morning that would overhaul California´s workers´ compensation system. The bill is scheduled to go to the Assembly and Senate floors tomorrow for a vote. The bill will not regulate insurance rates and will allow insurers and employers to select pools of doctors injured workers must use.
