Lowe's Update
Sonora, CA -- According to Sonora City Administrator Greg Applegate, the decision has been reached by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in Fresno regarding the Lowe´s Home Improvement Center project.
The briefs from the two parties involved, the Tuolumne County Citizens for Responsible Growth and Lowe´s, the City and California Gold Development Corporation, were scheduled to be read August 29th. However the court felt it had sufficient information needed to make a decision.
The wait will end once the court issues its written decision and that could come any day now according to Applegate and City Attorney Richard Matranga.
