Citation Issued For Escaped Debris Burn
Sonora, Ca -- CAL Fire reports that a citation was issued to an unidentified resident after crews had to respond to a ¬ acre grass fire at 20100 Sommette Dr. in Tuolumne County Monday afternoon.
Air Attack, a helicopter and a tanker were dispatched to the fire which was first reported at 12:06pm. Local engines from Standard, Sonora and Mono Village were also called to the incident. Burn permits have been suspended for the season.
