S.P.I. Subdivision Up For Vote
Sonora, CA -- The proposed Peaceful Oak Estates Subdivision on Sierra Pacific Industries land in Standard will go before the Tuolumne County Supervisors Tuesday.
The project calls for 306 residential lots spread over 612 acres. The developers state that they plan to eventually donate a 50 acre lot to the county, across the street from Standard Park. The project would also extend water and sewer facilities to Curtis Creek Elementary.
The T.C. Planning Commission recommended back on February 17th that the project be approved.
A public hearing on the project will begin at 1:30pm on the 4th floor of the County Administration Center.
