Sonora, CA -- 30 year old Frank Machadeo Fagundes is this week's "Most Wanted" by the Sonora Police Department.
Fagundes has black hair and brown eyes. He stands five feet nine inches tall and weighs 215 pounds.
Fagundes has a felony warrant for transportation of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.
