Sonora, CA -- CAO Craig Pedro's recommendation for financing the property for the proposed Law and Justice Center gained a majority consensus this morning.
Pedro will return to the Board on either November 3 or November 10 with a detailed plan for internal borrowing for the $4.2 million purchase of the Gardella property for the project.
Board Chair Teri Murrison expressed a reservation in commenting that she was under the impression that the County already had the funding for the purchase but now those funds were earmarked for other purposes.
