Citrus Heights Couple Injured In Tuolumne County Motorcycle Accident

Modesto, CA -- Driving under the influence of methamphetamine has been listed as the cause of a motorcycle accident that sent a Citrus Heights woman to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto Sunday morning.

According to the Modesto Bee Linda Lichtenauer was riding a westbound Harley two miles east of LaGrange on Hwy 132 at approximately eleven o´clock when her husband, 61 year old Donald Lichtenauer, approached a curve at an excessive rate of speed, skidded and crashed into a barbed wire fence. He was arrested by the Highway Patrol.

She suffered major injuries and had to be life-flighted from the scene while her husband suffered only minor injuries.
