Two Cars Crash In Tuolumne County

Sonora, CA -- The CHP is reporting two cars collided just before three this afternoon. A white Toyota sedan and a Toyota 4 Runner crashed at the intersection of Tuolumne Road and Cherokee Road. Emergency crews are on the way to the scene. No word on any injuries at this time. The CHP reports one lane of traffic is closed so motorists will want to use caution while driving in the area. We will bring you more information as it becomes available.

Update 3:25p.m.: The CHP reports traffic is flowing once again on Tuolumne Road. One lane was blocked for a short time due to debris in the roadway. The CHP reports only minor injuries.
