San Andreas, CA -- Calaveras Sheriff's Deputies report they received several calls about shots fired in 300 block of Neilsen Street, in San Andreas last Thursday. When deputies arrived on the scene they found 35 year old Kelly Linneman of San Andreas, inside her bedroom with a shotgun.

Deputies report Linneman walked to her neighbor's home and fired three shotgun blasts into the bedroom of 42 year old John Ramirez of San Andreas. Deputies say Ramirez was asleep at the time of the shooting along with his two juvenile children when the shots rang out, but no one was injured. Ramirez is reportedly an ex-boyfriend of Linneman and the shooting may have been a result of relationship problems.

Sheriff's Detectives say Linneman denies trying to kill or injure Ramirez. They described Linneman as being "obviously intoxicated" at the time of the shooting.

Linneman was arrested and booked into the Calaveras County jail for Attempted Murder, Criminal Threats, Discharge of a Firearm at an Inhabited Dwelling, Endangering Health of a Child, and Domestic Violence. Her bail is set at $575,000.
