Sonora, CA -- Trends in farming and agriculture will be discussed this weekend.

Mother Lode Views will feature Tuolumne County Agriculture Commissioner Vicki Helmar, Tuolumne County Farm Bureau President Sasha Farkas and new regional 4H Youth Development Advisor JoLynn Miller.

Tuolumne County's top four agriculture commodities are cattle, turkeys, timber and rangeland. The show will also highlight new state and federal legislation that will impact farming, how farm operations are regulated locally, and changes within 4H program.

Mother Lode Views airs Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:30 on AM-1450 KVML. Mother Lode Views can also be heard Sunday morning at 10 o'clock on 93.5 KKBN and at 9am on STAR 92.7.
