Sonora, CA - Tuolumne County Sheriff's Officials say a woman held a burglary suspect at gun point on Conklin Trail in the Phoenix Lake area on Thursday around 10:30pm.

Tuolumne County Sheriff's officials say when deputies arrived they found 23 year old Allyssa Jensen of Sonora being detained by the person who reported the alleged burglary. They say her name is being with held for privacy reasons.

Sheriff's Officials say she told deputies she heard glass breaking at a nearby house she knew was empty. She says she told the owner she would keep an eye on the house until renters moved in. Sheriff's Officials say when she went to the house to investigate she found Jensen and held her at gun point until deputies arrived.

They say Jensen, a previous renter, said she had to break into the house to get her dog, but no dog was found on the scene.

Jensen was arrested and charged with unlawful entry.
