October is full of fun seasonal events that attract big crowds and tourist dollars.

The Angels Camp Commemorative Committee anticipates 5,000 or more people in Historic downtown and Utica Park areas. The street fair also features; Old west reenactments, live music, food and drinks, kids activities, and more. Highway 49 will be closed at Vallecito/49 past Utica Park and free shuttle buses will transport event goers from Brett Harte High School and the Calaveras Fairgrounds. The 5th Annual All Hallows Fantasy Faire begins at 7pm tonight with a Party Zombie Bash. The event is held at the Sonora Fairgrounds and runs both Saturday and Sunday starting at noon. Hundreds of visiting creatures and characters from fairy tales and Hollywood movies will be featured. For more information view the All Hallows event listing here.

It is the 27th Annual Sonora Toy Run, many motorcycles will participate in the AMA-Chapter #2466 sponsored ride.
