Focus On Economic Development
Sonora, CA -- How is Tuolumne County doing when it comes to growing the local economy?
A panel will discuss actions taken over the past few years, including the creation of an Economic Development Authority. This weekend's Mother Lode Views radio guests will include Economic Development Authority (EDA) Director Larry Cope, EDA Board Chair Hank Russell, County Administrator Craig Pedro, California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED) representative Bill Davis, Sonora City Administrator Tim Miller, and Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors Chairman Dick Pland.
The group will also talk about what they feel needs to be done to continue forward momentum created by the Economic Development Authority. Also discussed will be some of the findings of a recent CALED Summit held in Sonora.
