Tuolumne, CA -- Friends and family are planning a candlelight memorial tonight for Kelsea and Savannah Webster, who were tragically killed last weekend in a train accident near Spanish Fork Utah.
The two had moved from Tuolumne County only a couple of months ago. The family is inviting the community to bring their own candle and memories to the park in downtown Tuolumne this evening. The event is scheduled to start at 6:30pm.
