Storm Update
An Urban And Small Stream Flood Advisory has been issued for Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties through Wednesday 9 p.m.
Heavy rain has saturated soils in the foothills and there have also been reports of mud/rock/debris slides along roadways.
Residents can expect localized flooding of low lying spots and in urban areas.
A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for Sierra Nevada through Wednesday 11 p.m.
According to the National Weather Service, a total of four to eight inches of snow accumulation is possible at 7000 feet. Ten to sixteen inches of snow is expected above 7000 feet.
Winds of twenty to thirty mph are expected with gusts up to fifty-five mph, especially along the crest.
