Sonora, CA -- Another building may soon go up at the Standard Center next to the new Tractor Supply Store.
On September 15th the Tuolumne County Planning Commission will vote whether to issue a conditional use permit to allow construction of a 5,500 square ft. building. 3,000 square ft. would house an Arco AM/PM mini mart, with 12 fueling stations set up outside. 2,500 square ft. would be set aside for restaurant space with a drive thru.
The applicant is California Gold Development. The Planning Commission meeting will be held at 7pm, September 15th, in the County Administration Center.
