24 Hour Slaw Preparation Time: 10 minutes

| 1 | tsp | prepared mustard |

To prepare:
Mix chopped cabbage, bell pepper, onionand carrotsin large bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Refrigerate about 1 hour/ In small sauce pan, combine vinegar,salad oil, celery seeds mustard and salt. Boil for 2 minutes. Pour hot solution over cabbage mixture. Srir, cover and refrigerate overnight. This will keep in the refrigerator at least 10 days.
