Korean Beef

Total Cooking time: 6 minutes

This is DELICIOUS!!!!
Note: I found that if you have your beef frozen and slice it while it's still partly frozen, it slices up easy!

Amount Measure Ingredients

lb
beef top sirloin, thinly sliced

cloves garlic, minced
1

pear~peeled, cored & minced

green onions, thinly sliced

Tbsp soy sauce

Tbsp sugar
1
Tbsp sesame oil
1
Tbsp rice wine
1
Tbsp
sesame seeds
1
tsp
minced fresh ginger
fresh ground pepper

To prepare :
Put all ingredients in a large zip lock bag and refrigerate for 2-3 hours (or longer). Heat skillet with a bit of vegetable oil, stir fry beef with marinade for 3-6 minutes or till done. Serve with rice.
