| 1 | lb | Hamburger or Ground Turkey |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1/4 | Cup | Ketchup |
| 1 | tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 | Tbsp | Finely chopped onion |
| 2/3 | Cup | Oatmeal |
| 1/2 | Cup | Stock or water |
| *Salt and pepper | ||
| *Poultry seasoning |
* Substitutions:
Add one pkg Onion soup mix & omit spices listed above
To prepare:
Mix egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Stir in stock or water. Mix in hamburger and oatmeal. Pack into a well greased loaf pan. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
